Our company's ZF series vacuum generation devices are designed based on improvements made to similar Japanese products, taking into account domestic actual conditions. This equipment can provide a vacuum source for medical gas central stations in various large hospitals across the country. It is also widely used as a vacuum source for vacuum stations in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, canning systems in the light industry, negative pressure forming of rubber and plastic engineering parts in the automotive industry, impregnation of flame-retardant conveyor belts for coal mines, and vacuum priming in water plants.
Performance Features
1. The unit can be equipped with two or more liquid ring vacuum pumps, which can operate alternately under automatic control.
2. After the first startup, the entire operation process of the unit is fully automatic. During operation, the vacuum degree at all points in the vacuum system fluctuates within the allowable range, which can be adjusted according to user requirements. An alarm will be activated if the vacuum degree falls below the set value.
3. The unit can be widely used in various vacuum-required systems and supports unattended automatic operation. In the event of a power failure, the vacuum system will be automatically closed. This equipment helps make your vacuum system more energy-efficient.
4. The unit is equipped with a gas-water separator to save water resources and reduce environmental pollution.
5. The automatic control of the equipment adopts a PLC programmable controller.
6. All components of the equipment are installed on the same base frame, featuring a compact structure, convenient transportation and easy installation.
