On the afternoon of October 28th, the company held the 2023 Scientific and Technological Innovation Achievements Conference. The event summarized the annual work of quality management groups, reviewed outstanding innovative achievements submitted by various departments, and arranged the work priorities for the next stage. Management staff above team leaders, technical personnel and employee representatives attended the meeting.

Focusing closely on the goal of high-quality development and core key tasks throughout the year, the company has carried out innovative projects and QC activities covering process innovation, equipment optimization, quality improvement, energy conservation and emission reduction, making positive contributions to the company’s innovative development. The conference built an effective platform for all departments and branches to display their quality improvement achievements. After preliminary document evaluation, a total of 12 projects were selected for on-site presentation. Each participating team conducted in-depth research on targeted problems and formulated practical improvement plans, including problem definition, cause analysis, implementation of corrective measures and achievement evaluation.

Judges gave detailed comments and raised questions for each presented project, conducting in-depth exchanges with presenters. This helped team members identify deficiencies and room for improvement, enabled on-site employees to better understand the projects, and further deepened their understanding of scientific and technological innovation activities. Through impartial on-site scoring by the judging panel, the 12 innovative achievements were awarded as follows: 1 First Prize, 3 Second Prizes, 5 Third Prizes and 3 Commendation Awards. At the end of the meeting, the Chairman of the Company fully recognized the achievements and efforts of all participants. He put forward clear requirements: maintain a rigorous scientific work attitude to enhance the systematicness and completeness of projects; adhere to a realistic and pragmatic work style in daily project promotion; foster a sound corporate atmosphere of "everyone values quality and pursues innovation", and fully integrate all resources to encourage more employees to participate in innovation initiatives and QC group activities. The Chairman stated that the Innovation Achievements Conference serves as a valuable platform for mutual learning, communication and joint progress. It is believed that through this sharing and exchange, all staff will learn from each other’s strengths, achieve common progress, and continuously elevate the company’s overall total quality management level.
